A bit about yourself: I'm an experienced Z80 assembly programmer and I'm currently writing a game for the ZX Spectrum 16K with said language. I can do a bit of MASM32 for Windows programming as well. No high-level languages though. I like to create buildings and pixel art in Minecraft and Classicube as I find it interesting. A good point about me is that I am patient and polite in regards to confused players who need help which reflects positively on the server. I can also speak Spanish at a basic level (enough to tell players which command to use and if they have a warning) which will help when players who only know Spanish log on to our server. However, there are a few bad points to me, such as strictness. For example, if I see spam, I will warn three times until the player is automatically kicked but with griefing, I only give one warning before being kicked from the server. Another bad point of me is that I may be slightly too generous with ranks related to building but I am trying to train myself out of it by observing the behaviour of other mods when ranking.
Why would you like to become a member of staff? I would like to contribute to the server in a beneficial way to help it expand. I would also like to help others out, particularly guests who are confused or lost.
Why should we choose you other others? I like to help those who are lost or confused, I am a good builder who pays attention to detail and I have memorised the rules and can punish those who disregard them accordingly.
How would you help the community? I would attempt to be online every day that the server is and would answer players' questions to clear any confusion. I would punish those who break the rules by warning them for their first offence and then punishing them if a second offence was commited.
If you saw a person with a higher rank than you abusing the rules, what would you do? I would alert a person with a higher rank via private message (if available) or via main chat. If nobody with a higher rank is available, then I would remind them of the rules.
How would you intermediate during an argument, would you take sides? I would stop the argument without supporting either side. I would suggest a compromise if the argument was about something like building or ranks.
How would you assure others that this is a reputable server? I would show them examples of our respected members' work and be polite while doing so to reflect a positive attitude of the server's staff.
